i was left in a corner
all alone
trying to accomplish things
on my own
no question to utter
no replies to mutter
i was wondering
in the blackness of the night
not even wishing to see
the brightness of the light

i was in deep darkness
w/o even just a bit of hapiness
no victories to share
no person to care
i was in great sorrow
and i always felt low
i never experienced mirth
since the day of my birth
